Has the Evolution of Safeguards Kept Pace With Digital Tech Advancements?

Digital tech has transformed the way we learn, gain qualifications & find employment but has the evolution of new safeguards kept pace with advancements?

Digital technology has transformed the way we learn new skills, gain new qualifications and find new employment. It’s now easier than ever to promote yourself online and secure your dream job.

But, has the evolution of new safeguards kept pace with these advancements? The team at tahdah doesn’t think so.

Ask yourself the following questions:

  • How do you check how competent the people who deliver your training are?
  • What systems do you have in place to confirm the validity of your training providers qualifications?
  • What systems do you have in place to confirm that these qualifications are up-to-date and current?

Horror stories, such as the ones below, are becoming more and more commonplace as workplace training and recruitment moves into the digital realm. The opportunity for individuals to embellish, exaggerate or simply make up their qualifications and experience is bigger than ever before.

Horror stories, such as the ones here, are becoming more and more commonplace as workplace training and recruitment moves into the digital realm. This is where tahdah comes in. Our software is built around the principle of verification. Every award or qualification delivered through tahdah is fully verified. We have a simple, automated process in place that verifies each new qualification a user adds to their profile.

This process ensures that every training provider, coach or instructor delivering courses through tahdah is competent, has up-to-date qualifications and insurance, is DBS checked and has up-to-date CPD records.

The image below is an example of a training provider’s public profile on tahdah. It lists his contact information, a breakdown of the different activities he has digitally logged and lists his qualifications - all of which have been fully verified.

The course director that oversaw their course is then required to complete a ‘course report’ outlining each individual user’s performance on the day. After this short process has been completed the user will receive their fully verified qualification.

We use verification methods that require evidence to increase the levels of transparency in training. We want every person who undertakes training through tahdah to know with certainty that they will receive a high standard of training from a fully qualified, reputable and up-to-date instructor.
